Our Next Drive a Diesel will take place on:
These sessions are very popular so booking is essential. Times vary depending on the timetable we are operating from 10:45 to 15:15.
Exact times will be given when booking, it is very important that you report to the Driver on the diesel locomotive at least 10 minutes before your session.
This is an add-on to our event for you to drive one of our diesel locomotives along the demonstration line at the Museum guided by one of our trained volunteers.
Please note you will also need an admission ticket for the corresponding date to allow you entry into the site, which will also give you unlimited rides on the train in operation that day, including the miniature railway.
Minimum Age
Anyone aged 16 and over.

The Museum is a registered Charity run by Volunteers, Gift Aid is a simple way for UK Tax Payers to allow the Museum to claim an additional 25% of the ticket price from HMRC.
